Sallie Southall Cotten Scholarship

Each year, we award a $1,500 one-time scholarship in honor of Sallie Southall Cotten, the Founder of the North Carolina Federation of Women’s Clubs to a senior in high school who plans to attend a college or university in North Carolina.

The winner of our club’s Sallie Southall Cotten Scholarship will move on to compete for the District VI Sallie Southall Cotten Scholarship and then on to the GFWC-NC Sallie Southall Cotten Scholarship competition, should the contestant win at the district level.

FVJWC Juniorette Senior Scholarship

We provide an annual scholarship of $500 to a Fuquay-Varina High School Juniorette senior. To apply please submit a written essay before the end of March to fvjwc@fuquayjuniors.org.
